Purchase

ESC Specifications

  • ESC firmware: AM32_F4A_4IN1_F421_2.19
  • PWM carrier frequency: 48 kHz
  • ESC protocols: PWM/DShot300/DShot600 (DShot300 recommended)
  • Supported power input: 2–6S
  • Maximum continuous current: 55 A × 4 channels (adequate cooling is required; do not operate in a sealed enclosure)
  • MOSFET specification: 40 V, ultra-low 0.75 mΩ on-resistance
  • Current-sensor output: 12.75 mV/A
  • Mounting patterns: 20 × 20 mm (3 mm holes); 30.5 × 30.5 mm (4 mm holes)
  • Weight: 14 g
  • Recommended applications: 3.5–10-inch FPV drones

ESC Configuration Tool

https://am32.ca/configurator Connecting the ESC to the configuration tool through a Betaflight or INAV flight controller is recommended.

Important Notes

The default AM32 ESC firmware settings are primarily tuned for conventional FPV motors, with the default motor KV parameter set to 2220. When using a large low-KV motor or a small high-KV motor, adjust the corresponding configuration parameter manually; otherwise, the motor may not reach the expected speed.

Dimensions and Connector Pinout

  • Curr: current-sensor output
  • NC: no connection required
  • M1–M4: motor-control signal inputs
  • VBAT: battery-voltage output, normally used to power the flight controller. For example, when a 6S battery is connected to the ESC, VBAT is the 6S battery voltage (22.2 V)
  • GND: power ground
