Purchase

ESC Specifications

  • ESC firmware: AM32_F4A_4IN1_F421_2.19
  • PWM carrier frequency: 48 kHz
  • ESC protocols: PWM / DShot300 / DShot600 (DShot300 recommended)
  • Power input: 3–6S
  • Maximum continuous current: 70 A × 4 channels (adequate cooling is required; do not operate in a sealed enclosure)
  • MOSFET: 40 V, 0.95 mΩ ultra-low on-resistance, metal package
  • Current-sensor output: 10.2 mV/A
  • Mounting pattern: 30.5 × 30.5 mm (4 mm holes)
  • Weight: 14.5 g
  • Recommended application: 5–12-inch FPV drones

ESC Configuration Tool

https://am32.ca/configurator Connecting the ESC to the configurator through a Betaflight or INAV flight controller is recommended.

Operating Notes

AM32 ESC firmware is primarily designed for conventional FPV motors. The default motor KV parameter is 2220. When using a large, low-KV motor or a small, high-KV motor, change this parameter manually. Otherwise, the motor may not reach the expected speed.

Dimensions and Connector Pinout

  • Curr: Current-sensor output
  • NC: No connection required
  • M1–M4: Motor-control signal inputs
  • VBAT: Battery-voltage output, normally used to power the flight controller. For example, with a 6S battery connected to the ESC, VBAT carries the full 6S battery voltage (22.2 V nominal).
  • GND: Power ground
